With her hair braided and crowned with flowers, Citlalli prepares for her first day of school. There, 3 bullies challenge Citlalli’s calm spirit. The Virgin of Guadalupe speaks to her in her dreams and takes her to a garden where she can dance among flowers. Back at school the bullies do not cease in tormenting her, until they learn that Citlalli’s spirit contains a much stronger force.
